Shandong Jiuyuan Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 as a joint venture with the participation of Jinan Jiuyuan Electrical Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. Its predecessor, Jinan Jiuyuan Electrical Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., was founded in November 2010 in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. The company obtained ISO9001 international quality management system certification in 2014 and was recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise" in 2017.

Built on years of cooperation, the two parties jointly established Shandong Jiuyuan Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2019. The company introduces German technology and leverages the core team . focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of winding equipment and other non-standard special-purpose machinery. To date, the company has been granted 14 national patents and has obtained multiple EU CE certifications.

The company boasts a high-quality team integrating marketing, technology, management, and after-sales service, and is one of the earliest professional enterprises in China dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of winding equipment.
